MULBERRY HIGH SCHOOL
“Together…Developing Leaders One Student at a Time – Every Time!”
As the High School Principal for the Mulberry/Pleasant View Bi-County School District, it has been a great honor to serve our students for 11 years of my career and many other students for a total of 28 years in education. As I look back over the years, I have felt blessed to see so many students become successful adults.
Education plays such an important part of shaping each person’s mind and heart. Every person can learn and every person can teach. Educational institutions should develop students as a whole, intellectually, socially, and morally. Educational institutions should promote fairness, honesty, respect, and responsibility. The educational environment should be a safe atmosphere that stimulates and motivates students to learn. An educational institution’s staff should hold high standards and expectations within students’ capability and prepare those students to be contributors to their profession, their community, and ultimately to be productive members of society. An educational institution, staff, and students should accept change, advance with technology, feel free to be innovative, and have fun learning. I believe we do all these things at Mulberry High School including promoting pride in our Yellow Jackets.
As I have said in the past, it is my goal to inspire learning in each of our students, as well as empower them to become successful in our global society. The words of our mission/vision continue to motivate the work of the district as we strive to instill pride and provide a quality education for each and every student in our school district.
