Friday October 3, 10 kids from 5th and 6th grade traveled to the Guy Fenter Educational Service Cooperative for a poetry workshop, hosted by Writers in the Schools (WITS). The students wrote several poems with different prompts. Students with the best poems could potentially be published in a book along with other students across the state. Thank you Mr. English and Mr. Fisher for providing this great writing opportunity for our students.
